Sales
As
a Sales Executive you are responsible for putting together
tour packages for customers and travel agencies. We
expect you to be responsible, organized, motivated,
fluent in English and Swedish and to have good social
skills. You do not have to be a typical seller; the
important thing is that you provide an excellent service
to our customers.
Operations
Our
Operation Department is responsible for making sure
that our customers have a great vacation. If a problem
arises, for example a strike, it needs to be addressed
immediately. You need to be responsible, organized,
motivated, fluent in English and Spanish and to have
good social skills. We expect you to be available 24/7
for our customers, making sure that they have a great
vacation is your responsibility so we expect you to
prioritize this over anything else.
Reservations
Working
in Reservations you are responsible for making all the
necessary reservations for the tour packages that our
Sales Executives have sold. You need to be responsible,
organized, motivated and fluent in Spanish. It is your
job to make sure that all reservations are made and
confirmed and we do not accept any mistakes.
Guides
We
only work with the best guides available and we also
pay accordingly. You need to be professional, responsible,
organized, motivated, fluent in Spanish and English
and to have great knowledge and a nice personality to
make sure our customers get the best possible service
and have a great vacation. We expect a 100% customer
satisfaction.
